Paisley Statten has been an active equestrian for over 30 years and involved with competition from a very young age. She has over 20 years of equine ownership, and over 15 years of farm and show management as well as training, teaching and coaching beginner and advanced riders.
As a young equestrian, she spent most of her time eventing, and bringing along young horses. She currently has been developing successful competitors in hunter, jumper as well. She has worked for national competition barns as a working student, employee and later on in management postions.
Her head coaching positions has allowed her to teach a regular clientele of over 40 students per week. This has brought her a great opportunity to develop her own individualized free-lance teaching program.
With a keen eye to detail, Paisley works on the technical aspect of developing a educated seat, proper balance, and rider safety, while improving the horse's fitness and form.
Paisley has developed camp, school, resort and community programs for local organizations. She also lead a volunteer group that held an equestrian event raising over $15,000. in support of The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
As a business administration graduate, with a major in marketing, Paisley has been able to combine her education and knowledge, with her passion to improve the horse and rider bond. Her riders range from young new students, competitive riders, and adults looking to work on new goals.
